No better coaches than Mark, Heather, and @thebillynelson. No faster trainer than @kokiozawa. No one more supportive than Laura. Most of all, no group of guys more welcoming and selfless than the the ones on @cubuffstrack

Couldn’t have found a better team to grad transfer to. I’ll be a buffalo fan for life. If any future buffs need anything from me…

“Ep 19: Nuttycome Fallout + Andrew Kent” is now available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon, and YouTube!

“On this week's Outside the Oval, host Gavin Frick is joined by his high school teammate Michael Gray, who helps Gavin breaks down this past week in the sport. Together, the two analyze the fallout from the Nuttycombe Invitational, as well as Parker Valby's return, Tennessee's unique racing schedule, and what is to come during the remainder of the season. Later in the show, Gavin is joined by Andrew Kent, who briefly runs through his career as a Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket, while also highlighting his time in Boulder and what else is to come from this Colorado team in 2022. This, and a whole lot more on this week's trip Outside the Oval.” taken in Kennesaw, Georgia by @akent_02

A message to @gt_tracknfield

I don’t even know how I could begin to say thank you. Coach Drosky and Coach Megesi, you forever changed my life. You always showed up, always searched for ways to get better, got me into this school, and ultimately made me a better person and runner.

Coming into college I wanted to break records and get the GT men to qualify for cross nationals for the first time ever. Only one happened, but no worries, the other will happen because a new era of Techmen is here. You know who you are - don’t let me down.
