One minute, you're airborne—feeling the wind whip by, the stunning Alaskan peaks stretching out beneath you—and the next, you’re on top of a mountain that looks like something straight out of a dream.

No trail map. No set path. Just raw, unfiltered nature and a mountain bike. The kind of place where you *feel* every moment.

The ride down is pure adrenaline, each carve and turn a reminder that nature is the ultimate thrill ride. And the real kicker? The unreal friendships forged in the wild. There’s something about being dropped on top of a mountain with only a bike and a crew that turns strangers into brothers and sisters.

Thank you to the crew who, year after year, keep making this happen, and to the incredible people who shared in this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Can’t wait to do it again. 🌍

@crownmountainguides scenic heli-eBike tour is unlike anything else in Alaska!

Start off with an epic flight over Knik Glacier and land in a remote grassy meadow to start the ride! The route follows the ancient glacier moraine down to a sandy beach filled with fresh icebergs recently calved off from Colony Glacier. After the ride take a cold plunge or just enjoy the incredible scenery while you wait for your personal A-Star helicopter to take you and the bikes for another scenic flight back to Base at The Alaska Glacier Lodge.

This ride is designed to be accessible by beginner to intermediate mountain bikers, although you will want to have some experience with mountain biking as there are varied natural features present in the trail.
