This past weekend and past few weeks have seemed surreal! Going back to oxford but on the opposite side was strange for all of us. Grace and Taylor both started kindergarten there with the sweetest friends and teachers. Cookie and Bella were both born there and I'll never forget how the people came together and prayed for Cookie when the drs told us he had a heart condition and wouldn't ever play sports etc. That was such a difficult time in our lives and I'm forever grateful. We moved away then we got to move back a second time with 13/15 Kiffin's living together in Oxford, some really fun football wins and amazing times together. Then some sad times losing both of my in laws there recently. Going back prompted so much reflection! I'm thankful for our time there and the friendships we made. I keep praying our kids will remember the good people and good memories in oxford not the horrible things they were reading and hearing. Life is really so much bigger than football. But in the end, I'm proud to be a Kiffin, it'll always be family first, and I'll always be Chris Kiffin's number one fan! Soooo...on to the next and Go Tigers 💜💛💜💛
Ps - beyond proud of our kids for how they've handled so much change and adversity. They are so resilient and absolute champs!!
