Looking back at the qualification round of this year's edition we will place all the 30 finalists in the spotlight on our way to the finals the 1st of September.
On number 25 we have @akila.flow from Türkiye. She is the only female finalist and has shown us her unique style, which combines her knowledge of flow/fire weapons with nunchaku freestyle. Sadly, she has announced that she has decided to resign from the finals. In case she decides to change her mind last minute her spot is still hers and we wish her good luck in the finals! Otherwise we thank her for showing us her unique movements!

AQUART Festival 2026’da Akila, bizleri Nunchaku Workshop ile hareket, ritim ve akış odaklı bir deneyime davet ediyor.

Her seviyeye açık bu atölyede temel tutuşlar, geçişler ve hareket prensipleriyle başlayarak; nunchaku ile güvenli, yaratıcı ve akıcı bir ilişki kurmayı deneyimleyeceğiz.

Amaç yalnızca teknik öğrenmek değil;
koordinasyonu geliştirmek, beden farkındalığını artırmak ve kendi hareket dilini keşfetmek.

I am honestly so grateful. 🖤

I just came back yesterday from @flowandglowfest, and I’ve been thinking about how grateful I am for so many things.

I’m one of those people who struggles with feeling enough. Before I edited this video, I was thinking that I had done nothing this year, which apparently wasn’t true.

It’s such a weird feeling that spending a week with amazing women, feeling their support, sharing their stories, and caring for them also made me see myself more clearly. It reminded me of how much I’ve done, how much I’ve struggled, and, most importantly, how much I enjoyed it all whenever I wasn’t stressing over things.

Thank you to everyone who witnessed my journey, supported it, or became a part of it. I’m grateful to all of you. by @akila.flow
