AKINI JING ⚔️ BOYS NOIZE

when my team @88rising asked me to write a list of producers to reach out to for remixes, @boysnoize was at the top of that list. Even though I knew it was a long shot, I imagined that he would somehow understand the sounds I was going for on VILLAIN.

I was astonished when he agreed because even though China has one of the best underground club cultures in the world, our producers haven't much been recognized by the international community *yet* Today, that changes.

From the bottom of my heart, 💕thank you Alex for recognizing my work and for doing me the honor of this incredible and totally unexpected DISCO TECHNO treatment for the CALL ME SHADOW REMIX ⚔️. Tap that link in bio 🆙🆙🆙 by @akini_jing

NEW song Oolong is out now! This song was inspired by yaoqing, a step in oolong tea-making where the leaves are shaken and bruised, bringing out their unique aroma

It reminded me of two people on the dance floor testing the waters, moving closer, colliding

Thank you @brashaf for jumping on my little work song and bringing some city energy to it 🌃 Prod by @nicksylvester 🔮 co-written with @romecastille by @akini_jing

New single 不怕！bu pa! is out now! Ran past the shuttered corner shop,
past an empty underground garage,
past an internet café up for sale,
through a midnight tunnel like a wild pheasant,
I ran across the world,
cut straight through faith,
and before I knew it, dawn was almost here 🎵 by @akini_jing
