A few simple steps can change the direction of your life.

Go quiet.
Focus.
Create more.
Sleep better.
Get comfortable alone.
Train.
Become.

None of these will change everything overnight.

But stacked together, they can change who you become.

Your life changes when your identity does.

Save this. Send it to yourself. Start today.

One bad moment can convince you that everything is going wrong.

But sometimes you just need to zoom out.

A bad hour is not a bad day.
A bad day is not a bad week.
A bad week is not a bad month.
A bad month is not a bad year.
And a bad year does not mean you have a bad life.

You are allowed to have seasons where you feel lost, behind, unmotivated, or unsure of what comes next.

Just don’t mistake a difficult chapter for the entire story.

There is still so much life you haven’t lived yet.

Keep going.

Your life usually doesn’t change all at once.

It changes through the things you repeat.

The meals.
The thoughts.
The distractions.
The days.

So instead of trying to fix everything at once, focus on the next choice in front of you.

Change your next meal.
Change your next thought.
Change your next day.

Then repeat it.

#AD H-E-B, we found some NEW favorites! 👀🛒

We’re partnering with H-E-B, and this time we went around our H-E-B to find 3 new H-E-B items we’ve never tried before!

Of course we had to take them home and put them to the test 😂 Safe to say we found a few things we’ll definitely be getting again.

What are YOUR H-E-B favorites that we should try next?

Your emotions are real, but they don’t always deserve control.

Some days you’ll feel locked in.
Some days you’ll doubt yourself.
Some days you’ll want to quit.

The goal isn’t to stop feeling.

It’s to build a mind strong enough to keep moving even when your emotions are telling you not to.

You can only win when your mind is stronger than your emotions.

Some things won’t come with you where you’re trying to go.

Old habits.
Old mindsets.
Old versions of yourself.

You don’t have to hate who you were to outgrow who you were.

Sometimes growth is just being willing to leave behind what no longer belongs in your future.

Send this to yourself.

If you ask for flowers, don’t be surprised by the rain.

Everybody wants the result.

The physique.
The money.
The confidence.
The life they pictured.

But every goal comes with seasons that don’t feel like progress at all.

You don’t get to choose the flowers without accepting some rain.

Keep going.

#AD Putting my twin’s tastebuds to the test! 👀🍨

We’re partnering with H-E-B to put ours to the test with their limited edition Creamy Creations fall flavors!

We each picked a mystery flavor for the other, put on the blindfolds, and had to guess what we were eating. Somehow we both got our flavors right 😂

Don’t miss these limited edition fall flavors at H-E-B!

Which flavor would you try first? 👀

I think a good life starts when you stop chasing things that only look good from the outside and start building a life you actually enjoy living.

A space you love.
Work you care about.
A routine that keeps you grounded.
People who make life better.

That’s the goal.

Not to escape your life.

To build one you don’t constantly need a break from.

What a privilege it is to wake up and get another chance.

Another chance to train.
Another chance to build.
Another chance to make better choices.
Another chance to become who you said you would.

Yesterday does not get to decide what you do today.

You still get to try again.
