•GRATITUDE•
Forever grateful and always thankful 🤍 I am so grateful to win this award. This season has been filled with some surprises for sure, starting with being out the whole conference season due to my first ever injury. For months I sat on the sideline with thoughts of anxious anticipation and detachment. It was on the sideline where I found a deeper love for the game of soccer. Having the sport you love taken away from you was an humbling experience and taught me GRATITUDE. It can all be taken away in a second, and it was during this time where I learned who I was outside of the title of an athlete. Soccer is a big part of me, but doesn’t define me. Year 1 down, many more to come! Just know we coming for that ringgggg!
