For every extra ink stroke, you lose roughly 50 shirts per hour. That “just hit it again” math adds up quick.

So as textile advisors and print nerds, we’re constantly testing products to make sure the shops we support are running as efficiently as possible.

We’ve been putting the super opaque plastisol from @monarchcolor up against the competition and it still outperforms. Less strokes, better coverage, happier press operators, fewer grown adults yelling at white ink.

A smooth print day is a profitable print day. Hit us up, @blueridgescreenproducts by @akleber47

Stop chasing prints caused by typical chopper-style squeegee systems (vertical knifing action).

Every @dccgroupglobal press comes standard with a squeegee equalizer system, keeping ink deposit consistent across the entire stroke.

Less chasing. More consistent prints.

Reach out to learn more or swing by our Charlotte showroom to see it running on a Copperhead Rival 8/6 🤓

From the latest @shirtshowofficial newsletter - the real formula for accurate DTF color:

• Profiled film
• Consistent ink
• Stable powder
• A RIP with real control
• A supplier who understands color science

Control the consumables → control the color.

Or just keep praying to the inkjet gods.

HMU, let’s talk ink load and dot gain.
