Went to Snowdon with the family and the genius director/producer that is @singh0387 suggested we should film a couple of clips.

Enjoy the views!☀️🗻🚩

In and out of tracking this year, but been consistent on 85kg recently, now time to indulge on a weeks holiday (protein maxing being the priority) and back to business 😤👊🏽

Started off the year around the 110kg mark and it’s been a up and down road for 2025, ending it hovering between 95-96kg after the festive period🎅🏽 .

Hopefully taking what I learned this year and really transform for 2026!
