By far the most extreme adventure I have done with my body being pushed over its limits. Unfortunately the top of the mountain was closed due to the Indian monsoon heat. These were the challenges I came across:

38-43 degree heat with no clouds in sight!

Getting lost for 2 hours in the jungle with no support as I was on my own.

Taking a bad fall Injuring my leg.

Getting followed and intimidated by wild monkeys.

Plastic on my sunglasses melting due to the intense heat.

No ice cold water as all my water turned warm within minutes.

Going through random villages and taking 10 min power naps on peoples porches as my legs were turning into jelly.

Having to use my asthma pump frequently to support my breathing which I only ever usually use once or twice a year.

Skin burning from the heat and constantly in sweats with no shade.

Emotional and physical experiences I have never come across but have made me stronger.

Throughout all this I did not intend on giving up as my Herbalife nutrition kept me nourished which I couldn’t have done with out. If you would like to know how Herbalife nutrition has helped me, feel free to DM me.

September 2023 I will be back to complete this 🙏🏾
