I am honored to announce that I have been named President of Pakistan Baseball North America. 🇵🇰⚾️

For me, this is much more than a title. It is an opportunity to continue something I have been passionate about for years: helping young athletes develop, creating opportunities, and providing a platform for talented players to be recognized on a national and international stage.

Having spent years involved in the baseball community as a coach, mentor, and parent, I’ve been fortunate to build relationships with coaches, scouts, organizations, and programs throughout the country. My goal is to utilize those relationships and resources to open doors for the next generation of Pakistani baseball players.

I’ve seen firsthand what these opportunities can mean. My oldest son received multiple NCAA Division I opportunities, in part because of the exposure and experiences he gained representing Team Pakistan. That experience reinforced my belief in what this program can accomplish for other young athletes.

I also want to recognize the Shah family for their tremendous contributions to Pakistan Baseball and their years of dedication to building the program through the Pakistan Baseball Federation. Their commitment helped establish a foundation that we have the responsibility to respect, strengthen, and continue building upon.

My vision is simple: bring people together, build relationships, develop talent, and create opportunities that otherwise might not exist.

I don’t view this position as a title that defines me. I view it as a responsibility to use the relationships, experience, and resources I’ve developed over the years to make a meaningful difference.

This isn’t about one individual. It’s about building something bigger than ourselves and creating a lasting pathway for future generations.

I’m excited for what lies ahead and look forward to working alongside everyone who shares the same passion for growing Pakistan Baseball.

For more than 20 years, training has been a constant part of my life.

The gym has given me much more than physical strength. It’s given me mental clarity, discipline, confidence and the ability to push through challenges — in business, with family and in life.

And it’s always been a process. The right diet. The right amount of cardio. Strength training. More weight, more reps, better form — constantly adapting depending on the goal.

After 20+ years, I’m still learning and still pushing myself.Alhamdilliah

One thing I understand more today than ever:

Health isn’t guaranteed. It’s something you work for, appreciate and never take for granted.

I’ve watched people lose their health, and it’s made me appreciate mine even more. The ability to wake up, move, train and challenge yourself is a blessing from God. For me, taking care of that blessing is part of my Deen — continuing to strengthen myself physically, mentally and spiritually inshALLAH

A big part of my motivation now is passing that mindset forward — to my own kids, the kids I’ve coached and mentored, and the people around me. That’s what really motivates me .

I want them to see that progress doesn’t happen overnight. You stay consistent, you keep adapting, and you keep working.

And at the same time, I’m still motivating myself to do the same alhamdilliah. I’m humble i understand there are levels to fitness just like there are levels to everything at times i feel like i have just began this journey taken in Chicago, Illinois by @akpathan24

Laila Khan, you’re starting to make a real name for yourself. You dominated towards the second half of the season and showed everybody why you were going to follow your brother‘s footsteps. Time for you to make a name for yourself now . I love the way you challenge yourself and challenge your teammates. You have a lot of people in your corner, but we gotta prove the haters wrong ,chip on your shoulder and keep working. Stay humble and never quit. You’re going to continue to keep doing that I’ll make sure of it. We have a long way to go just getting started but getting better every day let’s work …great season seventh grade Coonley basketball. by @akpathan24
