A community for runners in Melaka City by @akudesign #akurun 📍To be confirmed
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
AKURUN in Malacca City is a running crew started by the team behind Akudesign, a local streetwear brand. They saw their city needed a reason to lace up together. Founded in May 2024 by Kasu, Buya, and Afiq, the crew runs on one simple idea: running is more fun when shared, and connection matters more than pace. Every Sunday at 07:00, thirty runners gather at rotating meeting points across Melaka, running at a pace that keeps conversation alive. That is the point. You meet the person next to you, hear their story, share yours. After the run comes coffee, the ritual that transforms a morning effort into lasting friendships. There are no fees, no fitness tests, no prerequisites. Malacca City is a place that rewards people who move through it slowly enough to notice things, and AKURUN moves at the speed of connection. Follow @akurunnn to see where the crew is running next. Comment with AKRN to read the whole story. #runningcrew #akurun #malaccacity #malaysia #running Save for later when you need a crew. taken in Malacca, Malaysia by @akurunnn

SE-LARI. Moving at the same pace. In perfect alignment. LUNAK just crossed the finish line for SE-LARI, and we are still buzzing! This incredible night wouldn’t have been possible without our ultimate pace-setters: @akurunnn You didn’t just bring the crowd; you brought a whole heatwave. The energy was electric from the second you stepped in. @drip__my Thank you for providing the ultimate canvas. The space was immaculate and kept everyone moving in perfect sync. Thank you to everyone who ran with us. This is just the first lap for LUNAK taken in dripbybrewbrothers by @akurunnn
