Her case should not just be allowed to go to rest, May Allah make a way out for Aaffia Siddiqui and all the oppressed.

Please she needs your support and signatures on her petition, you can access the link from and more information from @aafiamovementofficial

Elephant In The Room (Giwa Cikin Dakin) is a spoken word poetry project which depicts the current Nigerian society through the lens of the idiomatic expression,"Elephant in the room".

It gives insights into the dominance of Nigeria's politics by dictatorship which has driven a huge population in to a state of hardship, it further calls the people in to rising up and seeking for a just leadership.

The piece explores and uncovers crucial factors behind the conspiracy which has led to Mallam Nasir Ahmad El -Rufai's detention, while also seeking for justice.

Some poems are written with ink while others are written with history, silence and the voices that refuse to disappear.

The “Gaza and the Glitch in the Matrix" Poetry project, is an invitation to question, reflect, and remember.

Every poem carries a story, every verse asks you to listen beyond the noise.Listen with an open mind.
