From first coaching client -> friend -> 2x Immersion attendee -> now officially my own Event Architect

This episode is a must listen with @al_bynature, founder of @high.impact.travel

Allie was my first ever coaching client back in March 2024 and WOW have both of us evolved since then!

Allie & I sat down at the Immersion to talk about her evolution and specifically how RELATIONSHIPS have been key and continue to be for not only her, but all of us 🔥

We talked about:
1. Realizing when you’re delaying your own momentum
2. How in-person relationships can shift you & your business
3. Learning to receive even when it’s wildly uncomfortable

And to be honest, we reflected back a lot and there may or may not have been tears from myself 😅

Honored to have had Allie come into my world to be able to continue supporting her as a mentor and also have her support me with my events moving forwards!

I took a break after the Powerhouse Women Conference because… something shifted.

Helping with @theofficialchristiana’s Built for Her launch showed me two things:
✨ I’m strong behind the scenes
✨ Leaders pay the cost when they try to do it all

Working the event left little time to actually be there. To connect. To show up for the people I came for. And that’s what I want to change.

From here on, I’m supporting powerhouse women leaders with their multi-day events — retreats, masterminds, immersions, workshops, summits.

Maybe your community has grown so fast it feels disconnected. Maybe you’re tired of running events alone. Or maybe you just need the right tasks offloaded so your team can breathe.

I handle the flow, the design, the logistics. So you get to show up present. And lead with impact.

Presence. Connection. Impact. Always.

If you've built a community, you're dreaming big, and you don't want to do it alone anymore...let's talk possibilities🎇

Thanks for grabbing photos!

Every 40 years Poas throws a temper tantrum...

We are all fine, the drinking water is not compromised, no one is bleeding from their eyes...

But that was my first ashing and it likely won't happen again in my lifetime...
