curing seasonal depression live

( 4 the homies only🤞)

without the sun, we are sad. we have no energy. we need to create our own for the next few months

i have no shame in sharing this weird stuff cus being depressed in the winter can be a cause of suicidal ideation.

i want all my homies to not have these thoughts. so when i have these thoughts i know it’s time to share. cus i used to have no way out and now i do.

love
