My dad buys me flowers every year for Valentine’s Day. Since I’ve been living in LA for the past five years, he’s mailed them to me. This year is extra special because he’s here visiting my brother & me and got to give them to me in person! 🌹🌷🌺

Thanks dad for always making me feel special!

The Ron John Swim Meet Day 1 was such an amazing experience ❤️

I love getting back into competition and having a great team around me, including my brother @adrianwade228 (who swam so fast)! 🏊‍♂️

My 50 free ended up converting to a 28.7 SCY - I'll take it! Can't wait to really commit to training and see what we can do at Nationals in the spring. Great job, team!
