Photo @jessyungtiger by @alamfish

Stuck in the mindless city grind? Body and mind completely lost? Come escape with me to the heavenly cloud filled tea plantations in the Jingmai Mountains of Yunnan to truly heal and recharge. I’m Alex Lam, a singer, Actor, and Internationally Certified Senior Yoga Instructor. I’ve spent years practising music, acting and other arts and to me the centre of it all is Yoga. To me, Yoga is more than just poses. It is self-awareness, quality breathing and unlocking your full potential. I’ve braided insights from my years of practice into this 5-day mountain retreat. 🌫️ Morning | Yoga above the sea of clouds: Stretch amidst misty mountains, let your breath flow with the mountain wind. 🍵 Daytime | Mindful tea ceremony in tea hills: Slow down in ancient tea forests, let go of restlessness and distracting thoughts. 🔥 Night | Fire pit music sharing: Gather around the bonfire with gentle melodies, fully unwind and empty your mind. This is not just a regular yoga class. It is an immersive sensory retreat blending Yoga × Tea Practice × Mountain Music. Above the sea of clouds, reconnect with yourself and the world. 📅 Retreat Dates: 11 Dec – 15 Dec 📍 Location: Jingmai Mountain, Yunnan Limited spots available now. Looking forward to meeting like-minded souls in this breathtaking winter mountain landscape. Went halloween trick or treating today with some young toddlers. One house didn’t have anymore candy. They had given them all away. So every kid just donated some of their collected candy to them. 🥹🥹🥹 #dadlife #millenialdadmemes by @alamfish
