Santorini, you were something else 🇬🇷✨

From sunrise views over the caldera 🌅 to those unreal blue domes 💙, every corner felt like a postcard. Days spent exploring hidden beaches 🏝️, chasing cliffside views ⛰️, and getting lost in whitewashed streets 🤍

And the food… gyros, fresh seafood, and sunsets with a drink in hand 🍹🍽️🌇 doesn’t get much better than that.

Grateful for the memories, the views, and the slower pace of life for a few days 🙏

A day that meant more than just miles walked 🥾

We took to the Lake District for an incredible cause supporting @nacoauk (National Association for Children of Alcoholics), helping those affected by a parent’s drinking.

Organised by @kirstykerr16 and expertly led in the mountains by @trekking.tom.experiences, we climbed Walla Crag and Bleaberry Fell, pushing ourselves through:
• 11.3 km covered
• 2,000+ ft elevation gained
• 1,700+ calories burned

But this was never about the stats, it was about showing up, raising awareness, and standing with people who often suffer in silence.

The views were unreal, the company even better, and the purpose behind every step made it all count. by @alan.percival

What an amazing couple of days in the Lake District to celebrate Tom & Amy’s Wedding 🤍⛰️

Sunday night at Lodore Falls was the perfect start an amazing pre-wedding meal surrounded by great people, lots of laughs, and that proper build-up to the big day 🍽️✨

Monday morning, we got out early and headed up to Surprise View in Keswick with Tom, his brother and Ollie fresh air, unreal views, and a great way to stretch the legs before the main event 🌄🥾

Then came the wedding… such a beautiful and intimate ceremony where @trekking.tom.experiences married @amy.curd now Mrs Smith 💍❤️ honestly couldn’t have been more special with all their closest friends and family there.

The whole day was unreal from start to finish, topped off with a brilliant night and DJ proper way to celebrate 🕺🎶

And to round it all off, made the most of Lodore Falls Spa on Tuesday morning… not a bad way to recover at all 🧖

Iceland 🇮🇸 officially completes my bucket-list trilogy of places I’ve always wanted to visit ✈️
After trips to New York 🇺🇸 and Rome 🇮🇹, this was the final one… and it absolutely delivered.

From chasing the Northern Lights 🌌 on the Reykjavik Aurora Tour (and actually seeing them!) to relaxing at Sky Lagoon doing the famous 7-step ritual 🧖‍♂️
❄️ Cold plunge
🔥 Sauna with unreal ocean views
🌫️ Cold fog mist
🧂 Body scrub
💨 Steam room
🥤 Juice shot

I explored Iceland’s famous Golden Circle too:
📍 Thingvellir National Park
💦 Geysir geothermal area
🌊 Gullfoss waterfall
🧊 Langjökull glacier

Plus snowmobiling across an Icelandic glacier one of those “This is absolutely Mint 😎” moments ❄️🏔️

In Reykjavik I wandered past the colourful Rainbow Road 🌈, visited the iconic Hallgrímskirkja, and just enjoyed exploring the city.

Food highlights:
🥩 KROST – top tier steak
🥐 Sandholt – breakfast perfection
🍩 Braud & Co – unreal cinnamon & vanilla rolls
🍽️ Pósthús Food Hall – loads of great options
🍞 Kjötsúpa the traditional Icelandic lamb/meat soup

And drinks at The Jungle Cocktail Bar as well as catching live music at Hús máls og menningar 🎶🍸

An unforgettable few days of glaciers, waterfalls, incredible food and the northern lights.

Volunteered all day at @thebreadandbutterthing in Chilton. They tackle food poverty by redistributing surplus food to low-income communities through affordable, member-based food clubs, offering fresh produce and staples at a low cost. It helps families save money, reduces food waste, and builds community resilience by providing essentials alongside support with things like debt, utilities, and more.

We were putting together three different food bags — cupboard staples, fresh produce, and chilled & frozen essentials. One of the highlights was shifting 1,047kg of parsnips (over a tonne!) into crates and while no one said it was a competition, even the Bread and Butter staff were impressed we managed it in under 45 minutes 💪

Festive few days mooching around Gdańsk 🎄✨

From the Waterfront Gates and Old Town Streets to Artus Court, the Golden Gate, and Neptune watching over the square, this city’s colourful architecture was unreal. I explored monuments, sculptures, and many of the city’s impactful murals 🎨

Climbed to the top of St. Mary’s Basilica for those views, wandered through the huge Christmas market at Targ Węglowy and ate far too much along the way, steaks, crêpes, cinnamon caramel rolls, hot chocolate… absolutely no regrets 🫃😅

Vienna, you were magic 🇦🇹✨

Three days packed with winter lights, history, and more hot chocolate than I’ll ever admit ☕️😄

From standing beneath St. Stephen’s Cathedral 🕍 to trying the famous Wiener Schnitzel 🍽️… wandering through Schönbrunn Palace 👑… and getting completely swept up in the various Christmas markets, Spittelberg, Rathausplatz to name a few🎄✨

A totally spontaneous horse-and-carriage ride through the old city 🐎, an immersive light show at the Votive Church 🌌, and a classical concert at St. Peter’s that felt straight out of a movie 🎻✨

Explored the Laxenburg Palace Gardens for ILLUMINA—the biggest light garden in Austria 🌙💡… strolled through the rose gardens 🌹… checked off the State Opera House 🎭… and wrapped it all up with an incredible 3-hour guided bike tour 🚴‍♂️💨
