Bit of an upgrade from our college birthday celebrations at Miyagi’s! Checked this spot off the list with @sybslavin ! Loved this celebration, hearing from all my friends, and looking forward to an amazing year ahead! #birthday #sushi @sushibyscratchrestaurants taken in Sushi By Scratch Restaurants by @alanabw

September was 30 days of nonstop awesomeness. So many celebrations, so much good food, and so many people I love. Couldn’t ask for a better birthday month or way to start another year. Feeling very grateful. ♍️💛

When I learned that the Lucas Museum’s special preview would fall on my birthday, I knew exactly how I wanted to celebrate.

I spent the day playing tourist in the city I love most - exploring an architectural marvel filled with an eclectic collection of art, incredible food, spectacular views, and endless inspiration with @50shadesofgabay . As a founding member, getting to experience this new addition to Los Angeles before it officially opens made the day even more special.

I feel incredibly lucky to have welcomed another trip around the sun in such a special and uniquely LA way - surrounded by so many of my favorite things. What a gift. ✨🎂🖼️⛲️🥂

Labor Day really gave summer the perfect send-off. Feeling so lucky to live somewhere this beautiful, where an ordinary evening at home can somehow feel like being away. The best kind of everyday magic. 🪄 #EndOfSummer #LaborDay #EverydayMagic 🫶🏻 taken in NoHo Arts District, Los Angeles by @alanabw

Bought these postcards in Sri Lanka over the holidays with a vision for turning them into art… then promptly lost them in my apartment for eight months. Finally found them, framed them, and I’m obsessed with how it came together. A little sliver of Sri Lanka now living in my home. 🖤🇱🇰

And a couple of Easter eggs hiding in plain sight for those who look closely… 👀

The Coachella of wellness! ☀️🌴💪

Such a fun Sunday in Venice with @baril0607 ! We got to take class with Peloton instructors @radichell and @katiewongspelledwang , finally meet some of our favorite instructors from behind the screen, and spent the day trying just about every recovery and wellness modality imaginable.

From Normatec compression boots and saunas to skincare treatments, protein ice cream, protein donuts, healthy drinks, endless samples, and even watching people brave the cold plunge… it was the perfect mix of fitness, recovery, and community.

Already looking forward to the next one! 🙌

30+ miles. Countless laughs. Dole Whips, magnetic Mickey ears, endless Lightning Lanes, and a surprising attachment to John from Carousel of Progress. Fireworks, friendship, and Disney magic.

Some friendships span decades. Some friendships survive Disney World in June. Ours has done both.

Nashville for baby Rivie snuggles. Palm Desert for Mother’s Day. Los Angeles for the people who make everyday life special. Then a road trip through Los Alamos and Paso Robles, giving California the chance to show off over Memorial Day weekend.

Not sure how all of that fit into one month, but I’m glad I got so much quality time in with my people! Life is short…take the trip! by @alanabw

Sri Lanka to Santa Clarita, Northbrook to North Hollywood, Palm Desert to Chicago, Vegas - and everywhere in between -
Q1 showed up with surprises, adventure, and a whole lot of moments worth remembering.

It was a mix of celebrations, new experiences, and nights that turned into memories -
the good kind of chaos, and a lot of really great people (and clearly a few flights 🛫).

Here’s a little highlight reel 💫 by @alanabw
