Happy Birthday, Legend of Zelda. It is dangerous to go alone, and thankfully I’ve had you by myself side for the past 40 years.

We’ve had some amazing adventures over the decades - from waiting outside Child’s World in the morning to get my copy of The Adventure of Link, to soaring in the skies over Hyrule in Tears of the Kingdom. You have been my favorite gaming series ever since we set off in that first adventure together on the NES.

War. War never changes.

But thankfully inventory does and I was finally able to grab this @mcfarlane_toys_official NCR ranger after a snafu with my original pre order caused it to get cancelled.

People were trying to flip this figure for stupid money, and I was considering overpaying but then I remembered it’s bad to feed the trolls.

Super excited to finally have one in my hands so cheers to @billschmidt8 again for the in stock heads up.

Now to go back and rewatch season 2 of Fallout while I await word of a Fallout 3 Remaster and reviews of the Switch 2 version of Fallout 4.

Oh, and sign me up for one of those Nuka Cola Power Armor figures shown off at toy fair. I’ll be needing that hot rod as well. by @alanrappa

Fare thee well, my faithful Potboy. 🖤

My journey through The Midnight Walk was a profoundly moving experience. The adventure took me on a first-person stroll through a world meticulously handcrafted from clay, sorrow, and woe.

Each step was more hauntingly beautiful than the last, with vistas punctuated by unique dwellers and dangers alike.

Many matches were lit to brighten the darkness, but ultimately, it was this little guy’s flame that brought light back to the land.

An amazing, unforgettable game that will stay with me for a long time.

Took Grogu out for a lunch date to mess around with my new Ricoh GR IV. I needed another camera like a hole in the head, but i couldn’t resist the appeal. Especially since I’ve been spending a good portion of my days commuting lately.

While I am enjoying the camera, unfortunately, I have been getting a sporadic lens error when the lens retracts. I’ve already reached out to Ricoh to see what my options are. It’s a bummer, but hopefully they’ll get me sorted.

⚠️D I R E C T I V E ? ⚠️

Little known fact, before R2-D2 was cast in A New Hope several scenes were filmed with Wall-E playing the astromech role.

Unfortunately, scheduling conflicts prevented Wall-E from completing his scenes and George Lucas made the difficult decision to replace him with another droid.

Life was tough for Wall-E after losing the part, and he worked as a waste allocation load lifter (Earth Class) for centuries until finally getting his big break at Pixar.

Totally true story, I read it on the internet.

The Duck Droids may have just met their match. 🦆 🦆 🪿

Couldn’t help pair these guys up against some duck Jawas for a galaxy’s edge inspired collab with none other than @burkeheadtoys.

Funny enough, both sets of figures here are from the Disney parks - just a few decades apart. I miss when Disney did the Star Wars / Disney character mashups. They may not have been the best made figures but they always made for fun pickups when browsing tattooine traders.

Super psyched we got some Duck Droids to take home , and here’s hoping we see them in more scales now that they’re, you know, movie stars.
