Today’s for the mums—
but I’m thinking about my kids.
The two boys who made me a mum
and so much more.

Nearly ten years in,
and I barely remember life before them.
We’re not your textbook family,
but what we’ve built?
It’s solid.
It’s ours.

Every Monday, we reunite
and fall right back into step—
our little jokes, our rhythm,
our version of home.

I don’t just love them.
I like them.
And that’s everything.

Here’s to the three of us. by @alaricestuart
