February challenge unlocked ✨

I’m continuing my personal challenge of creating one Lady Style mini choreography every month and fusing bachata with a different style💪🏻

Last month almost everyone guessed it right… so now I’m curious 👀
Will you guess this one too?

February’s fusion is something completely different, and that’s exactly the point. I want to challenge my versatility, explore new textures in my movement, and keep growing as a dancer☺️

So… what style do you think I fused bachata with this time? 🤔🔥

Drop your guesses in the comments ⬇️💭

CHALLENGE N°4 is 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗢𝗨𝗧!✨

With every new challenge, there are fewer and fewer styles left to fuse… and now I’m wondering if you’ll be able to guess this one… 👀

This has been one of the most special challenges so far, and also one of the hardest 🥵 But at the same time, it allowed me to fulfill a dream: filming it in the middle of Times Square, New York 🗽❤️

I really hope you enjoy it and that it inspires you as much as it inspired me 🤍

P.S. I’ll be reading your guesses in the comments 💭💖

For those of you who don’t know, Korea is where our international bachata journey began three years ago, which is why this country will always hold a special place in our hearts✨

We love the community, we love the food, and we love the people. Korea feels like home to us. 🥹🏠❤️

For the past three years, we’ve spent two months living here every year. This time, we’re only here for two weeks, but we’re going to make every moment count and make these two weeks unforgettable! ✨🇰🇷

What a beautiful song! We had so much fun dancing to it in 📍Shanghai! ✨

At the end of the day, dancing is about connecting with the person you’re dancing with, playing, having fun, trying new things, feeling, and even making mistakes…🫶
Because it’s not about doing everything perfectly, but about enjoying the moment and creating a real connection. And that’s what will make you look back on that dance with a smile 🥰✨

Thank you, Shanghai, for always opening your doors to us and welcoming us into your community with so much love. ❤️ We love you all so much. See you next year! 🇨🇳👋🏻

💙 𝟏𝒔𝒕 𝑻𝑰𝑴𝑬 𝑰𝑵 𝑷𝑶𝑹𝑻𝑳𝑨𝑵𝑫 ❤️

Weekends like this remind us of one of the most beautiful things about what we do:

We constantly get to meet wonderful people from all around the world 🌎✨

𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 📖

Two years ago, we met @jstvprod Jamie and Sophie in Seattle. And two years later, here we are in Portland, surrounded by their beautiful community☺️

They liked the way we are, the way we teach, and the way we dance, and over these past two years, they kept insisting that we come to Portland. Thanks to them, we finally had the chance to share a little bit of our dance with @vmacpdx 🫶💪🏻

And a very special thank you to @deblinmcknight for taking such good care of us and making us feel so welcome🥰

We hope to be back soon Portland, THANK YOU 🙏🏻👋🏻❤️

𝙱𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗 𝚗𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛! 😜💪🏻

Here comes my 7th challenge, and this time 𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 - Let me tell you why:

About a year and a half ago, Agustin and I realized that we needed to go deeper into the roots of Bachata. So, we decided to start training with @lanegraevelyn and honestly, it has completely changed the way we understand Bachata as a whole❤️💃

So, for this 7th challenge, instead of doing another fusion, I wanted to try something different: a little Dominican Bachata choreography, while trying to apply some of the knowledge and understanding I’ve been working on and developing throughout this past year and a half☺️💪🏻

Of course, I still have so much to learn, but I really wanted this challenge to be a way of putting into practice what I’ve been learning and, most importantly, to keep exploring and understanding this beautiful style😍💙

And, as always, I’m incredibly grateful to my teacher @lanegraevelyn🙏🏻 Everything I know about Dominican Bachata is thanks to you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, your culture, and your way of understanding the dance with me ✨🫶

P.S. I know I took a little longer than usual to post this one 😂. We’ve honestly been super busy traveling. I promise I’m not going to stop the challenges — just please be a little patient with me when it comes to the dates 😅❤️‍🩹

Still having an emotional hangover from everything we experienced this past weekend at @salsabachatatemptation 🥹❤️

𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 🇹🇭

✨It was such a beautiful and intense weekend: the premiere of our new show, taking part in a salsa bootcamp, two workshops, Jack & Jill, and A LOT of social dancing… 💃

We’re ending this weekend with our hearts completely full and once again, we were reminded that when you get to work doing what you truly love, it never really feels like work 💪🏻❤️

Thank you to all the organizers and the entire @salsabachatatemptation team for making this weekend so special🫶🙏🏻

A very special thank you to @shalynn_hobelsberger for connecting us with this amazing event and being the best MC IN THE WORLD🌎💜🤩

And of course, thank you to every single person who showed us so much love throughout the weekend, and to all those familiar faces we had the chance to see and reconnect with again ✨❤️‍🩹
