Women’s History Month is a reminder that the game we love was built by women who showed up, pushed boundaries, opened doors, and made space for those who would come next. 💜🏀

From the pioneers who played when opportunities were limited, to the athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and leaders shaping basketball today every generation has added something to the story.

Their impact isn’t measured only in championships, records, or medals. It lives in every young girl who walks into a gym and knows there is a place for her here.

This month, we honour the women who came before us, celebrate those leading today, and continue building a game where the next generation can dream even bigger.

Because women aren’t just part of basketball’s history they are shaping its future.
