Culinary Pro Tip: Do Not Waste Food. It's a gift to create a delicious meal and it's even better to make something new and exciting with the leftovers. Here's a way to take your 4th of July BBQ leftovers and turn them into another fabulous crowd pleaser. Recipe is below. #jdish

Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger Dip

- Two cooked burger patties (chopped)
- 8oz softened cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cup shredded white cheddar
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
- 1 small Roma tomato dice
- 1 tsp ground chipotle
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Garnish
- 1/2 cup BBQ potato chips (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup sliced scallion

Mix chopped burger, cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, bacon, pickle, tomato and seasonings in a bowl. Once mixined throughly place in an oven safe container ( 5 X 6 ceramic baker) spribkle the extra 1/4 cup of cheese on top and place in a 350F oven for 15 mins or until golden brown and bubbly.

Garnish with sliced scallions and crumbled BBQ potato chips.

Serve with toasted crustini, pita, fresh veggies and enjoy! 👌🏼
