Reflecting on ADE Green 2025, where Satya presented Essence, an immersive sonic workshop exploring somatic awareness, 3D spatial sound, and nervous system regulation within cultural and festival environments.

When spatial audio and acoustic frequencies are designed intentionally, sound becomes physical infrastructure that actively carries part of the brain’s cognitive load.

As we turn our focus toward deep creative production this October and looking back at ADE 2025, we revisit these foundational conversations on how sound shapes human capacity.

SEPTEMBER EQUINOX | THE SEASONAL RESET

Today marks a point of balance: day and night arrive at nearly equal measure.

Across the planet, the equinox marks a seasonal threshold. In the Northern Hemisphere, nature begins its movement from the outward expansion of summer toward the quieter rhythms of autumn. In the Southern Hemisphere, the movement is reversed: spring begins its return toward light, growth and outward expression.

Wherever we are, the shift offers an invitation to notice what is changing—to recalibrate our internal architecture, adjust our living environments, and tune into the changing sensory landscape around us.

Here are simple ways to bring your nervous system, routine and space into rhythm with the season you are entering.

The sound was generated at the second of the equinox from 0° N 0° E, the origin point of world’s coordinates. It is tuned to 136.1 Hz, the note of the Earth’s year - one orbit around the Sun, sped up until it becomes sound. The equinox is a moment in that orbit; this is the orbit itself, heard from the middle of the night.
