I recently had the pleasure of dyeing some shirts for our friend @keithcarmichaeltattoo of the world famous @marytattoo.parlor in Santa Barbara. We’ve known Keith since he was a tattoo apprentice down in Orange County and have been able to watch him grow as a tattooer and artist. If you’re in the market for a killer traditional tattoo he’s your man.

I made a Gummy stamp!
You too can get your own Gummy tee!!
This Saturday September 19th we will be celebrating Queen Gummy! Come out to @jupiterssparkcollection to join the celebration. @alchemydyes and I will be set up stamping.
Bring your own cotton or denim piece to be stamped or pick up a piece of clothing at the event and add a stamp to it. I’m excited to see everyone, create lots of cool art alongside my friends and most importantly celebrate our biggest local celebrity, Gummy! by @alchemydyes

Yesterday we had the pleasure and honor of supporting our dear friend @higginstattoo in his first art show hosted by @markit.gallery and @shindigcider . Higgins produced over 40 unique tattoo flash pieces for sale as well as curated a musical experience featuring himself @dj_who_me and friends. @eatgasburgers was there serving up their delicious smash burgers and other treats. @shindig was busy pouring some of the most amazing ciders we have ever tried. And @sweetandsourstamps and I were busy making some of the raddest custom clothing featuring several of Matty’s original tattoo designs.

Now if you weren’t able to make it to the event you can go visit Matty at @truewesttattoo and grab a limited edition shirt featuring a 2-toned print on custom dyes.

Other than that, we wanna thank everyone that came out from @fortified_tattoo_co, @truewesttattoo all of the homies from Lompoc and those that came up from Orange County and Los Angeles to honor Matty. See y’all at the next one! taken in Shindig Cider by @alchemydyes

This is what fills my cup! The creative energy was flowing, growing and glowing this past Saturday. Thank you @marytattoo.parlor for providing such a welcoming and inspiring creative space. We had a blast!

You can find us live stamping again at @fortified_tattoo_co on August 6th for the First Thursday art walk. 5-8pm

Hey now! This past week I trekked down to Ventura to hang out with @squeakschainstitch to make some one-of-a kind limited crossbody bags. The fabric and straps were dyed by yours truly and Squeaks handled the construction of them. Fun fact, the dyed straps are upcycled Tae Kwon Do belts from Japan! Also, each bag has a handy metal key hook so ya don’t lose em!

This first batch is limited to 5 pieces so act fast. We’re asking $50 per bag and that includes a stamp of your choice from @sweetandsourstamps if you’re feeling it.
