✨ FREE Community Sound Bath at Lafayette Public Library ✨

I’m excited to be offering a no-cost sound bath as a gift to the Lafayette community at the Lafayette Public Library. 💛

If you’ve been curious about sound baths but haven’t tried one yet, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience one!

During the session, you’ll simply lie back, get comfortable, and relax while being immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. Sound baths are designed to help quiet the mind, release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for deep rest and relaxation.

🧘 What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket — you may get chilly as you relax
• Pillow or bolster
• Eye mask if you have one
• Water
• Anything else that helps you feel cozy and comfortable

No experience is needed, and no registration is required. Just come as you are and give yourself some time to rest and recharge.

✨ Floating Sound Bath Magic ✨

We brought the sound bath out of the studio and onto the water for a sunset floating sound bath right here in my own neighborhood. 🌅💦🎶

Watching everyone settle onto their floats under a rainbow surrounded by the sounds of crystal bowls, was such a beautiful experience. And hearing the wonderful feedback from my neighbors afterward made the evening even more meaningful. 💛

A huge thank you to Noi of Saola Sparkle for collaborating with me, dreaming this experience up, and inviting me to be part of it. I loved creating this with you! ✨

There’s just something magical about sound + water + sunset. 🌊🌅

What a lovely evening under the full moon, in a natural amphitheater in a surround sound healing immersion.

This one was designed for releasing so I spent some time in the dissonance of it but my body was fully relaxed.

I heard instrument combinations I haven’t yet experienced and that was totally exciting. 🤗

I couldn’t figure what type of whistle instrument was making the bird sounds - turns out it was actual birds making their own contribution. 😄

What a weekend celebrating Grayden’s college graduation. 🎓✨

My heart is so full. So grateful to our family who traveled to be there, cheer him on, and make the weekend so special. These moments matter so much. ❤️

With a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Digital Marketing, next up is trade school for woodworking in fine furniture making. 🪚

We had a beautiful Full Moon 🌕 sound bath in our neighborhood recreation center last night. Our first time using the remodeled fitness studio to gauge interest in this type of experience. I originally capped it at 15, but due to a tech 💻hiccup, 21 signed up and somehow we made it all work. It was a first sound bath for many. 🤩

The room itself is beautiful, and the mirrors allow the sound to expand and move in a really unique way. It isn’t soundproof, though, so we were held within the natural rhythm of the space—people working out, kids playing basketball and pickleball, life happening all around us.

It feels like something we’d love to explore again—perhaps in another area of the rec center or at a quieter time. by @alchemyofsound111

Where hard work 💪🏻 meets creative 🎨 expression.

We spent the evening walking through the senior showcase for the Graphic Design program at UNC. An entire gallery filled with months (and years) of creativity, late nights, and persistence brought to life. Each piece told a story, and hearing the academic team acknowledge every student made it even more meaningful.

There’s something really special about seeing the culmination of all that work in one space… and getting a glimpse of who they’re becoming as artists and humans.

Grayden’s pieces are 3 pen and ink drawings of European cathedrals and a wood laser cut piece as well. They are hung higher by design, to reflect how you naturally look up when you enter. A subtle nod to that feeling of reverence these spaces hold.

Thanks to all who attended the Grand reopening at Parkside Community Center in Anthem on Sunday. It’s was nice to meet some new (to me) neighbors!

There’s something powerful about the new moon.

A clean slate. Fresh energy. A moment to begin again—intentionally.
At our last sound bath at Converge, we started with tea…
slow conversations, soft arrivals, easing into the space together.

Then we dropped in.

What if connection felt this easy? ✨
Not forced. Not small talk.
Just a room where you can exhale… and be yourself.

From there, the sound becomes the work.
Awakening, activating, amplifying that intention— so it can begin to meet you in your everyday life.

I loved it so much, I joined the studio myself (and yes… tried puppy yoga 🐶✨).

This space is something special.
Our next New Moon Sound Bath is May 17th 🌑
