🐾🌙 Sacred Paws Circle | A Space for Souls & Paws ✨

This Sunday, we gathered in a sacred space where healing, connection, and unconditional love came together. 🌿💜

Through the soothing vibrations of sound healing and the gentle energy of Reiki, we invited both humans and their beloved animal companions to slow down, ground themselves, and simply be together.

There is something so beautiful about witnessing the bond between humans and animals beyond words. A connection built on trust, presence, and an energetic exchange that doesn’t need to be explained, only felt. 🐾✨

Sacred Paws Circle is about honoring that connection, creating space for both ends of the leash to receive, release, and reconnect.

So grateful for every beautiful soul and set of paws that joined us. May this be the beginning of many more sacred gatherings. 🌙

Because healing isn’t just for humans. Our animals deserve sacred spaces, too. 💜

Sometimes healing looks less like sitting in meditation and more like letting your hips move when the drums start playing. 🪘🔥💃🏻

🧡 The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) is our second energy center, located in the lower abdomen. In chakra traditions, it’s associated with creativity, sensuality, pleasure, emotions, and our ability to flow freely through life.

When we feel disconnected from this energy, we may experience creative blocks, emotional stagnation, or difficulty allowing ourselves to experience joy and pleasure.

✨ So how do we get that energy moving?

Through dancing, hip circles, intuitive movement, breathwork, creative expression, and simply allowing ourselves to FEEL without judgment.

Movement can help us release physical tension, reconnect with our bodies, and express emotions we may have been holding onto.

And sometimes, all it takes is a little rhythm to remind your body how good it feels to move. 🪘

Not all healing has to be serious. Sometimes it’s playful, messy, sensual, and a little witchy. 🧙🏻‍♀️✨

The third time… and somehow, the first time my soul was truly ready. 🕯️✨

I’ve walked through Reiki Level I & II before, but these two weekends felt completely different. Something in me opened. Something remembered. Something awakened.

This wasn’t simply about receiving another certification or learning a modality I already knew. It felt like an initiation into a deeper version of myself, the woman I have been slowly becoming, the healer I have been learning to trust, and the part of me that is finally no longer afraid to take up space in her gifts.

The activations, the conversations, the energy, the release… it reached places in me I didn’t even realize were waiting to be touched.

And perhaps one of the most beautiful parts was being surrounded by women who speak a language my soul understands. Women who embrace the mystical, the intuitive, the witchy, the unconventional. To sit in a circle and realize I didn’t have to soften, explain, or hide those pieces of myself felt like its own kind of healing. 🖤🌙

Lily, thank you for creating a space where I could feel safe enough to open, receive, remember, and transform. What happened within these two weekends is something I know I’ll carry with me for a very long time.

This chapter feels deeply intertwined with the evolution of my work, my rebrand, and the way I want to serve animals and the humans connected to them. Not because I suddenly became someone new but because I’m finally allowing myself to become more fully who I’ve been underneath it all.
