From cheering on the sidelines to making a difference in healthcare! 🩺🤍📣

Today, we celebrate some of our very own cheerleaders as they received their white coats, marking another major milestone in their nursing journey! Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence go far beyond the sidelines.

We are so proud of you ladies and gent! Keep shining on and off the field! 💜💛

Once a cheerleader, always a leader! 🩺✨

💜💛 HOMECOMING 2026 WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! 💛💜

There’s no place like home, and this Homecoming was one to remember! 🪓📣

Alcorn State University Cheerleading had so much to celebrate! From unveiling our NEW GOLD UNIFORMS to celebrating the accomplishments of our former team members, the weekend was filled with pride, tradition, and unforgettable memories.

👑 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR FORMER CHEERLEADERS!

✨ Tatum Evans — Miss Senior
✨ Jaelon Carter — Mister Sophomore

We are proud to celebrate you both and your accomplishments! Once a Brave, always a Brave! 💜💛

🩵🐶25 YEARS OF CHEER PSI! 🩵🐶

This Homecoming was even more special as we celebrated 25 years of Cheer Psi! We were honored to recognize three of the founding line members from 2001:

✨ Dr. Tiffany Lloyd
✨ Dr. Timothy D. Queen, Head Cheerleading Coach
✨ Dr. Ladonna Smith

Twenty-five years of sisterhood and brotherhood, tradition, legacy, and memories worth celebrating!

What began in 2001 continues to hold a special place in our hearts and in the history of Alcorn Cheer. 💜💛

❤️ A SPECIAL FULL-CIRCLE MOMENT!

Homecoming also gave Coach Queen the opportunity to reconnect with his coach, Mrs. Broomfield! There is something special about being able to celebrate Homecoming, reflect on your journey, and spend time with someone who played a role in shaping you. The impact of a great coach lasts far beyond the years spent on the team! 💜💛📣

From our new uniforms to celebrating our former cheerleaders, honoring the legacy of Cheer Psi, and reconnecting with those who helped shape our journey, Homecoming 2026 reminded us that Alcorn Cheer is more than a program—it’s a family, a tradition, and a legacy!

THERE’S NO PLACE LIKE HOME! 🪓💜💛
