Hey guys, This is ALC with Aaron — a.k.a. Alcohol with Aaron. 🥃 As a Mangalorean, I grew up in a culture where spirits were never stigmatized. In my family and community, a good drink was often part of celebrations, conversations, and togetherness. 🍻 I’m grateful to have been raised with an appreciation for liquor as something to be enjoyed responsibly and celebrated. In the short span of my career, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people, discovering extraordinary bars, and experiencing the vibrant world of food & beverage culture. 🍸✨ The F&B community welcomed me, nurtured me, and gave a chance to a clumsy teenager who simply loved being around great hospitality. This page is my way of giving back. ❤️ A space to celebrate bars, spirits, cocktails, and most importantly, the people behind them. Its Tuesday and I know where you should be! Start things right with Coconut Life – light, refreshing, and the kind of highball that instantly gets you in the mood. Coconut lovers, this one’s for you. Refreshing done right. Coconut water and tequila? Who would’ve thought! Next up, Cheese Life – crisp, savoury, packed with umami, and a cocktail that keeps you thinking after every sip. Definitely one of the most interesting drinks I’ve had. Then came Cascara Alter Life – bold, stiff, warming, and carrying that beautiful burn that reminds you you’re drinking something serious. Every sip was a pleasure. To finish, Olive Alter Life – velvety smooth, rich, and honestly just plain yummy. The perfect way to end the flight. Huge shoutout to Mr. Kunal @nomad_poka for taking such great care of us throughout the experience. Great cocktails are one thing, but great hospitality is what makes you want to come back. If you’re working around Bellandur, here’s your sign to skip the usual after-work plans. Head to No Shop Talk, pull up a seat at the bar, and have a meeting with the bartender instead.
