A strong side selected with a couple of changes from last week as we look to build on recent performances and make home advantage count.

A tough defeat to take against Timperley yesterday.

316-6 from our 55 overs, led by a superb 122 from Usher, looked like it might be enough. Credit to Timperley, who chased well to get over the line with nine balls to spare.

Plenty of positives to take despite the result:
• Usher 122 (125)
• Ashling 67 (88) 📸
• Sanders 57 (25)
• Valentine 5-77 (14)

With five players unavailable and several lads stepping up, there was plenty of character shown throughout the day.
