GOLD STAR ENERGY ONLY! No newsroom is perfect, but we know a few things that deserve a gold star!

From breaking news surprises to last-minute script changes, producing a newscast takes teamwork, creativity, and a little bit of controlled chaos.

And while we love a good gold star, the real reward is learning, growing, and creating something we're proud of together.

Hey, Titans! Want to earn your gold star?

Whether you're a journalism major or just curious about TV production, there's a place for you on our team!

DM us to learn how to join Al Día!
