You can tell by my face that I didn’t want to do this. This knee injury flaring back up has been really hard, as someone who really enjoys working out.

Thought I would hold myself accountable by filming the stretches that I have to while I recover.If you’ve injured yourself and are struggling, you’re not alone.

I know God will work it all out.
