Phase II ✅

This was an awesome journey! Thank you to my 2409 course mates for being such amazing friends, colleagues, and team members! Thank you to all the instructors for their hard work setting us up for success! Thank you Apollo Flight for hosting my course! Thank you to the other courses for the flow of information and helping each other. And thank you to everyone involved at 15 Wing to make all the training possible!

Having been selected for fast jets, I get to continue my training here in Moose Jaw on Phase III Harvard! I'm looking forward to the fun, learning, and challenges that lie ahead!

(I know I finished course in September... Sorry for the late post 😜)

After 55 years, No. 431 (AD) Squadron, better known as the Snowbirds, performed their very last aerial display in the Canadair CT-114 Tutor trainer jet. I am extremely grateful to have been able to see this last hurrah in person. Airshows will definitely feel empty without these iconic Canadian birds flying overhead.

This shot was taken at the 2026 @coldlakeairshow and had been on my bucket list for a long time. Despite my old camera, I'm extremely glad I managed to get this picture. I will post the shots from the final show at a later date.

If you want to see the Snowbirds in action, you have one last chance as they'll perform their final flyover in November at the 113th Grey Cup.

SWIPE RIGHT ➲➲➲

The @f22demoteam put on a helluva show at the 2026 @coldlakeairshow! From the vapours to the afterburners, from the deafening roar to the mind-boggling maneuverability, the F-22 Raptor was the highlight of the show!

I'm just happy to have finally witnessed it flying after missing every opportunity in 2024 haha.

Throwback to the @f35demoteam demonstrating the speed and power of the machine on a smoky Sunday at the 2024 @coldlakeairshow! Seeing the Lightning II alongside the Hornets really demonstrates the evolution from 4th Gen to 5th Gen fighters.

An incredible light show poetically closed out Remembrance Day this year in southern Saskatchewan, with rare vibrant red Auroras that slowly danced through the night sky.

Taken on S22U (hence the poor quality 💀)
