ALEC Holdings partnered with @dulscogroup, @dulsco_environment to promote waste segregation and recycling across our offices and project locations in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi.

Participants were encouraged to bring recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, metal, cans and glass to support responsible waste management and recycling awareness across our workplaces.

The campaign saw participation from 281 individuals and resulted in the collection of 2,866 kg of recyclable materials.

We thank everyone who participated and helped make this campaign a success.

In celebration of International Youth Day, the ALEC Holdings Youth Council organized ALEC Holdings Youth Connect 2026 – “Youth Voices, Leadership Insights.”

The event brought together Emirati youth and senior leaders, creating a platform for open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and meaningful engagement. Through leadership discussions and interactive workshops, participants shared their experiences, ideas, and practical recommendations to support the continued development and empowerment of Emirati talent across ALEC Holdings.
