Alien Ant Farm. 25 years of the Anthology album. This album was one of those that I enjoyed start to finish. About 12 years ago a young Alec was trying to get Gaut This Media going and emailed AAF to do a quick interview. They told me anytime I want to shoot to just let them know. They meant it. I’ve been able to capture this band quite a few times and I will always be just as excited as the first time. Because they are good dudes that know this stuff means a lot to me. Two worlds come together when I do this. I love good music and having a camera with me at the same time. I just want to get better at this and I’m thankful they allow me to shoot the entire show. Thank you @alienantfarmofficial . Followers do me a favor and go check out their Catalog. All of it.
Love what I do.

Last weekend I had the opportunity to cover the Taking Back Sunday, Thrice and Saves the day show. I really want to do more concerts in my off season and I’m thankful for @zenithmusicmedia for giving the opportunity! Love that I get to do this.

Had a great time at the Sooner Adventure ride yesterday. Big Thanks to Guy and Wanda Cooper, Todd Slavik and everybody else that put in the work to make it such a fun event. I want to say 85 miles? Back roads, single trail and a group of about 100 riders. Thankful for the Cooper family as they always take care of the crew! Pumped to see some old friends! I kind of regret not taking a camera with me on the ride but also cool to just enjoy the ride! I had a few close calls! Haha by @alecgaut

SMX final. Branson. The last round of a tough three weeks. Three new venues to work with the last one being the biggest one. A lot of work went into this tour. One obstacle after another and the team kept making it happen. The ops crew deserves way more credit than they get. I’ll fight anybody that says different. 😂 Big thank you to the crew for putting in the work!

All my years doing this, I have complained about not having a race close to home. When they announced the Branson round I told the family they had to go. It’s always been a dream of mine to have them come to a race to see what I do. I can explain most of my job and people still don’t understand it. Well some of the family made it and it meant the world to me. I was stressing because I didn’t know how it would work out and everybody was gonna show up later in the day. I’m getting FaceTimed during opening ceremonies and I’m trying to shoot the show. Next thing I know they have the flex cam on the big screens and my nephew is flexing haha!

I told Bill the day my family shows up I was gonna leave my boots on the track and call it good. Well…… not all of my family that I need to experience an event was able to make it. So I guess I’ll do another season.

Proud to be a part of it.

SMX Playoff 2. Carson, CA. This week had a lot of pressure washing to get rid of the mud from last week. The build went much better and I think the team crushed the tear down. Friday and Saturday I really enjoyed getting to shoot. I would even say some of my best shots came from this last weekend. I really hope that everybody is enjoying the photos. Especially the crew!

This week we are in Branson for the final round of the year! Looking forward to a good week!

SMX Playoff 1- Columbus Ohio. Even with all the obstacles, our crew came in and made sure there was a show! Sorting through photos and it’s hard to tell who is who after a few laps. It was still a good week!

Looking forward to the California round now that the first one is out of the way. Be sure to thank the crew that makes this happen! I know I’d accept a new pair of Red Wing tread lite steel toes size 11.5-12. Thanks love ya bye. 😂
