I’m not sure I’ll ever have words adequate enough to describe what the last two days have meant to me.

To be making my Broadway debut and Broadway principal debut alongside such a fiercely talented, loving and supportive company is the greatest dream come true. To EVERYONE in the building at the Broadhurst — thank you for welcoming me into this family, holding me up and making me feel so supported. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough.

To be able to share this moment with my dear family and friends made it that much sweeter. To everyone that came to the show, sent flowers, messages and good vibes — thank you. I felt that energy every second.

To my swing fam, @ninadonville @jordandobson_ @mateus.leite.cardoso @seanwatkinson @gabrielledjenne — Thank you for letting me sing through the show in the dressing room everyday for 2 months. LOL. You’ve made me feel at home from day 1, and I’m endlessly grateful for your friendship. Love y’all lots. Also, YAY @dimitrimoiseofficial !! Welcome!✨

@hannahmhunt_ , @finallyfree46 and @kk_dianne_ — thank you for your undying love and support. Having the 3 strongest women in my life out there, sharing in these moments with me, is the greatest gift.

To @nickfradiani , thank you for the support and guidance throughout this process. It’s a pleasure watching you work, and I couldn’t feel more honored to have a hand in helping share Neil’s story and his music with you.

Over the last year and a half, I imagined what this moment would be like. To be able to meet, shake hands with, and thank the man himself for all that his music has given me and the world. The only word that comes to mind… priceless. This man, and this music, have changed countless lives. I feel an immense amount of privilege and gratitude to count myself among that group. It’s an honor to share your music and your story across the country. Thank you for letting me be a small part of it, @neildiamond

Special shout-out to @nickfradiani for facilitating this meeting. You’re my brother and the consummate professional. It’s a pleasure watching you shine in this role.

One last trip to Portsmouth, Seattle.

I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this company, this show, this team, and this entire experience. Over the last few years, I’ve struggled to find a deeper purpose in my work. With the world feeling so impossibly bleak and the constant barrage of horrific news, it was hard to feel like what I was doing truly mattered.

Being a part of Freak the Mighty changed that for me. For the last five months, I felt immense pride going to work every single day. I am incredibly proud to have played a small part in telling a story that truly speaks to and resonates with people.

I turn 30 this year, marking just over a decade in this business. I can confidently say that Freak the Mighty has been one of the most joyous, challenging, and beautiful personal and professional experiences I’ve ever had the honor of being a part of.

“I stare at a cloud and what’s strange is, the way that it moves and it changes. If something that big can change… then why can’t I?”

On my way home from tech on Friday night, I had an accident on a Lime e-scooter, resulting in a dislocated shoulder, a small abrasion on my hand, and a mild jaw contusion.

Over the last four days, I’ve experienced unconditional love, unwavering support, overwhelming anxiety, and truly inspiring kindness.

A massive thank you to the entire Freak the Mighty team, the cast, the crew, creative team, The Junkyard Dogs, Ariel, and the entire Seattle Rep team—I have felt so incredibly supported, loved, and taken care of.

Thank you to the Virginia Mason ER for hands-down the most positive hospital experience I’ve ever had (shout-out to Robin, Molly, and Michael), and to Dr. G at Sound Spine and Joint Physicians for getting me in early and taking such good care of me.

Thank you to @finallyfree46 , @kk_dianne_ , and my family for loving me hard from afar.

Lastly, thank you to my love @_ddajd_ for listening to me freak out on FaceTime all night from three hours ahead in NYC—I love you more than words can say.

I love this show. I love this story. I love these humans. I am at a loss for words with how grateful I am to be a part of this company.

Every once in a while in this business, you find yourself among a genuinely one of a kind group of artists, storytellers, and theatre makers, with the unique responsibility of telling a beautiful, heart-wrenching, eye-opening, multi-generational story. Freak the Mighty is that “lightning in a bottle” project.

Thursday night, I made my debut; Hopefully, performing the first of many shows to come, with this incredible company.

I do not have many words, so I’m going to keep this brief. Thank you to everyone involved and responsible for making this happen—onstage, offstage, front of house, and beyond. Creating a new musical is no easy task. We have the literal dream team. Watching everyone work together to create a beautiful tapestry for this story to live and breathe in is inspiring. I feel overwhelming gratitude for this moment and to be a part of the FTM family.

The end of an era…

Sharing the stage with @_ddajd_ has been the greatest joy of my career; second only to sharing forever with her. Congrats on an incredible run, my love. You’re a gift to any and every room you are in. Whatever show gets you next is lucky as hell. I know l am.

You tested me in ways, at the time, I didn’t feel ready for. You challenged my psyche, my ego, my mental and physical health. You showed me a love that I didn’t know existed for me. You gave me joy and adventure the likes of which I’ve never experienced. You gave me the opportunity to communicate and verbalize deep feelings to my loved ones, allowing me to repair and build on the relationships that mean the most to me. You tested me with sadness, frustration and pain, the likes of which have shaped me into the strongest version of myself yet. You showed me that there is no set back or obstacle that has the power to take one thing this year has given me; an unbreakable confidence in what I have to offer. More importantly, the acknowledgment of the choice I have in what spaces to share, or not share, that with. Cheers to a year of choosing to share what I have to offer where and with whom it is earned. I have a good feeling about 2026. Love ya.
