heaven gained the most beautiful, loving, selfless, strongest, and bravest woman yesterday❤️ I’ll never have enough words to properly express how much you mean to me. all of my life, you always put your children, family, and loved ones first. I’ve never witnessed you treat a single soul with an ounce of unkindness. your positivity and optimism inspires me; even in my darkest times you always managed to help and take my pain away. you’ve given me more than I could ever ask for. I don’t know how a human being could be so wonderful in every way.

cancer is such a terrible sickness and the things it did to your body throughout the past 5 years are so cruel, but you never ever ever gave up. you always saw the bright side of things and encouraged all of us to keep living and making memories. watching us live brought you so much joy and peace. I can’t even comprehend how you remained so strong and you never showed any signs of mental weakness, even in the absolute worst of times. you’ve inspired me more than anything or anyone ever has, and I know others feel the same.

although you had cancer for the final years of your life, you were so much more than that diagnosis. no days will ever go by without me missing you and reminiscing on our incredible times together. for example, I loved your famous endless texts you would send me stating something along the lines of “I love you my beautiful baby girl. God will bless you!!!” followed by a million heart emojis. I loved cuddling with you and being silly with you. there are a million more things that I am grateful for, but words will never come close to doing justice on just how much you mean to me and our family.

the biggest compliment someone can ever give me is saying that I remind them of you in some way. you were the most incredible woman to ever walk this earth in every way. I find peace knowing that your beautiful soul is free from a body that was no longer serving you in this life. I know you’re still with me and will always be. thank you for being not only my mom, but also my best friend. I’m so blessed to be your daughter. may you rest in peace mom, love you endlessly ❤️ by @aleeexxaaa
