This is how we warm up our bodies for easy movement, and no, there’s no shame here.

Your body was created by God, and it was created to worship. Every joint, every rhythm, every curve was His idea. The enemy is the one who twists and perverts what God made good. But when your heart is set on Him, you’re allowed to move. You’re allowed to feel rhythm. You’re allowed to enjoy it, because it’s worship.
“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14).

In Latin culture, movement is expressive. It’s part of how we gather, celebrate, and connect. When that expression is surrendered to God, it’s not just cultural, it’s powerful. God is glorified in every tribe and tongue, and that includes the way we move.

Yes, there are hip rolls. Yes, we loosen up. But this isn’t about being seen. It’s not sexual. It’s not performative. It’s not about hype. It’s about freedom. It’s about moving in a way that aligns with holiness, not with comparison or attention.
“Whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31).
“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom” (2 Corinthians 3:17).

We align with holiness when our movement flows from a surrendered heart. Holiness isn’t about avoiding expression. It’s about choosing to express in a way that reflects God’s beauty, not the world’s distortion. Our movement becomes holy when it is done in devotion, with intention, and from a heart that longs to glorify Him.
“Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God — this is your true and proper worship” (Romans 12:1).

No part of your body is too expressive, too rhythmic, or too joyful to glorify God if your heart is surrendered to Him. We are here to reclaim what the enemy tried to steal and return it to its rightful place: worship.
