I had the pleasure of working with so many lovely people on this. Big shoutout to
the string section @valeriehartling @emme.stein @thcctito featured on MMB and the Outro song—and to my sweet band members @kingcrayon14 (bass) and Felix Neumann (drums), who you can hear on the track Your Name.
It wouldn’t be the same without you guys. Thank you so much!

Also, I want to take a moment to thank @timmweber.wav who co-produced and mixed all the songs and added his magical touch. I am so blessed to have such a skilled friend who trusted me enough to do this project with me!
And of course, @friedrichstoermer for perfecting the masters and for giving lots of input to help decide on the final touches.
And last but not least, my most trusted person @yon_hiraeth for making all the beautiful visuals and pictures for this album.

Am Sa, 26.09.26 spielt ALEHLOKAPI live auf der hilda5-Bühne 🎶

ALEHLOKAPI ist eine aufstrebende Neo-Soul, Contemporary R&B und Alternative Pop Künstlerin und Produzentin aus Leipzig. Unter ihrem Pseudonym erschafft sie eine Klangwelt, in der Sanftheit zu Stärke gemacht wird. Neben Elementen aus Hip-Hop, Jazz und Soul finden sich unterschiedliche Einflüsse ihrer musikalischen Vorbilder Erykah Badu, Hiatus Kaiyote und Little Dragon und werden von ALEHLOKAPI zusammen mit ihrer Band in ihren ganz eigenen Sound integriert.
Mit ihrer nuancenreichen Stimme zelebriert sie ihren Ausdruck und thematisiert persönliche Erfahrungen, richtet den Blick reflektierend auf die eigene Rolle zwischen den anderen und geht abseits gewohnter Pfade.

➡️ „Jaraneros de Leipzig“
sind ein Kollektiv, die den „Son Jarocho“ pflegt – eine Tradition aus dem mexikanischen Bundesstaat Veracruz, die Poesie, Musik und Tanz vereint. Der Son Jarocho entstand in der Kolonialzeit aus einer Verschmelzung europäischer Barockmusik mit afrikanischen Einflüssen und Elementen der indigenen Völker Mexikos.Das traditionelle Fest des Son Jarocho heißt Fandango; dabei wird auf einer Tarima (Holzbühne) getanzt, um die herum die Musiker spielen und Verse singen, die improvisiert sein können. Ein Fandango kann durchaus am Abend beginnen und erst am nächsten Morgen enden.
