I often think about the many ways women and girls are undervalued simply because they are female, despite the unique gifts and roles they bring to the world.

Women are strong and resilient. Often times taking on maternal roles way before they are mothers- caring for themselves, their friends and family, and those around them.

For all the women I have met, mothers, students, daughters, athletes, teachers, activists, and so many more, thank you. Your ability to remain uniquely yourself in a world that too often treats your body as a commodity and your mind as less than is empowering.

Every day, you challenge the narratives that have been used to diminish women for generations. You prove that girls are not “just girls,” that your intelligence, strength, compassion, and resilience cannot be reduced to harmful stereotypes. Your presence, your voice, and your courage continue to reshape what the world believes is possible.

Thank you for showing that there is no single way to be a woman and that your worth has never been defined by the limitations others have tried to place on you. by @aleiyxza
