1% better every day. 💪🏽

At this point in my life, it’s about more than just looking good. It’s about feeling good, being healthy, finding peace, and becoming the best version of myself.

I have plenty of reasons to take care of myself, people I want to be around for, memories I still want to make, and a life I’m genuinely looking forward to.

Physically, mentally, emotionally… things just feel different these days.

Life is good. God is good. And I’m just getting started.

4 plates looks good on video… until you actually watch the form.

Caught myself lifting my chest instead of staying flat, putting more of the load on my lower back than where it belongs.

Just because you can move the weight doesn’t mean you should.

We’ll fix this, clean up the form, and get it right. The goal is to lift right, not lift with an ego. 💪

110s. PR attempt. Lost it. Reset. Breathe. Went again. 💪

Just like life. Shit happens. Don’t let it rattle your cage. Stay collected and keep moving forward.

I thought my job was to raise her. I never realized how much she would change me along the way. Forever grateful I get to be her dad.
