One of the many projects I took on this year as I’m building a commercial catering kitchen. This vintage 1950s Globe Gravity Feed deli slicer was completely and beautifully redone by @chefmolson about 10 years ago. It had quite a journey and a few different owners, till it ended up in my hands this February. It was missing parts, some parts were broken and I acquired a second one a few weeks ago for parts to bring this one back to life. It has a new blade, platter, sharpening mechanism and blade guard. The fact that this machine is still around after 70 years or so is quite remarkable @globefoodequipmentco #meatslicer #globeequipment #kitchen #chef taken in Niagara Falls, Ontario by @alekdjermanovic

Never thought I’d see @rush on tour again! Anybody that actually knows me knows how much Rush has meant to me and how kind and generous @thereallerxst has been to me and my family in some of my darkest times. Being able to see them one more time with my family was incredible. Tears were shed, laughs were had, and air drums were played. #rush #toronto #2112 taken in Scotiabank Arena by @alekdjermanovic
