Encore une autre side quest…

Je prend une petite pause de mon ✨wedding content✨ pour vous parler du Mouvement Progresse de @nautilus_plus !

Depuis 2-3 ans je m’entraîne un peu à « l’essai-erreur » et je suis pas mal fier de mon parcours jusqu’à présent.
J’ai vaincu ma peur d’aller au gym, j’ai une alimentation beaucoup plus saine, je fais attention à mon sommeil et j’ai réellement fait de l’entraînement une priorité dans ma vie.

Mais j’ai l’impression que je donne beaucoup d’efforts et que j’obtiens pas toujours les résultats espérés, surtout quand on se compare sur les réseaux sociaux (Ouch!).

Quand j’ai vu une petite affiche à mon nouveau gym pour envoyer ma candidature au Mouvement Progresse, je me suis dit que je serais fou de pas essayer…

12 semaines à être suivi par un entraîneur et une nutritionniste, enfin je vais pouvoir me recadrer et démystifier toutes les fausses règles que je me suis inventé dans les dernières années!!

Et sur ce petit coup de chance, j’ai été choisi avec 30 autres candidats, pour représenter les succursales Nautilus Plus à travers le Québec. (Mon hood: Lasalle)

Si ça t’intéresse de commencer à t’entraîner et que tu sais pas par où commencer, viens me jaser (j’ai littéralement rien à te vendre promis). Parce que ça a changé ma vie (drama) et que ça pourrait grandement améliorer la tienne.

P.S.
Pendant longtemps j’ai été malaisé d’aller au gym. Je savais pas trop quoi faire, j’avais peur d’avoir l’air niaiseux, de me faire juger… Alors si c’est votre cas aussi, sachez que je vous comprends!

Yearly reminder that I was, and will forever be, that bitch. 🎉 8 years of drag. Yes I count my hiatus, even tho I don’t perform regularly anymore, I’m still learning and growing as an artist in the privacy of my own home.

Thank you to my friends (and strangers sometimes☝️) who still gas me up and shower Matante with love. You might get a chance to see her soon. Like Nov. 11th, precisely.

Drag will forever be my biggest passion in life and no organized cancellation campaign will ever take that away from me.
