A timeless Brian Newman performance, captured through the lens of our very own Alex J. Dolan. 🎺 While Alex isn’t a fashion designer, his eye for design in photography is what brings the soul of each moment to life—making you feel like you’re right there in the room. At OSE, that level of storytelling is pivotal to our mission: showcasing the artistry, energy, and detail that go into every performance and costume. by @alex.j.dolan
Feathers, velvet, and pure allure. This custom look by @nataligermanottadolan, co-founder of OSE, is captured here in studio by @alex.j.dolan. An avant-garde blend of ostrich feathers and point d’esprit mesh fabric, the design is one of many showstoppers featured in Gaga’s Jazz & Piano residency. The performance itself is a rich tribute to jazz, with nods to Tony Bennett and reimagined takes on pop anthems like “Born This Way.” As always, the costumes help turn every song into a story. The gloves, crafted by the incredible wardrobe team behind the show, complete the look— want to bring this kind of glam to your next performance? Shop the fabrics used in this look now at @onstageessentials. by @alex.j.dolan
Alex J. Dolan is more than a creative entrepreneur, he is a key part of the reason why every garment you see practically glows. His eye for detail, lighting, and movement has made his photography stand-out over his career from the rest. He brings a visionary eye to every collection and ensures every piece radiates the quality and energy OSE is known for. ✨ #LasVegas #photographer by @alex.j.dolan
Together, we built a store by costumers, for costumers. With decades of combined experience designing, constructing, and styling for some of the world’s most iconic performers, @nataligermanottadolan Natali Germanotta, @alex.j.dolan Alex Dolan, and @perrymeekcostumedesign Perry Meek founded On Stage Essentials to fill a gap they knew too well — a reliable, curated hub for high-quality costume supplies in Las Vegas. 🖤 Natali Germanotta has costumed legends like Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani, and Brandi Carlile, blending couture aesthetics with stage-ready functionality. 📸 Alex Dolan, a photographer and creative systems builder, has worked with Donna Karan, Christopher Lloyd, and Gaga. At OSE, he powers the store’s infrastructure and design. ✨ Perry Meek, an Emmy-winning costume designer, won the Emmy for his work with Lady Gaga on RuPaul’s Drag Race. With a career spanning decades, he has created iconic looks for legends like Cher, Mariah Carey, J.Lo, and the Spice Girls—bringing unparalleled glam and theatrical flair to every stage he touches. OSE is built to serve performers, stylists, and wardrobe teams who need tools that don’t just look good — they work under pressure. Stage-tested. Curated. Empowering. by @alex.j.dolan
