For the moms who want to make Halloween cute without adding another project to the day 👻🙋🏻‍♀️

Turn a simple cream cheese sandwich into a little ghost! Cut the bread into a ghost shape and dab on balsamic glaze for the eyes and nose.

Save this for a little lunchbox surprise! 🎃 #halloween2026 #halloweentreats #halloweenfood #halloweenkids #halloweenfun by @alex.nd.co

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and I’m thinking of every mom in this fight. 🩷

Your kids are so proud of you. You’re teaching them what real strength looks like, and brighter days are coming.

And mamas, if you’re due for a checkup, book it. Early detection saves lives. 💗 #earlycheckupsaveslives #breastcancerawarenessmonth #breastcancerwarrior #breastcancersupport #supermama by @alex.nd.co

An easy Halloween snack with one main ingredient and the cutest little pumpkin faces.

Slice your potatoes, cut them with a pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter, then carefully use a knife to make the eyes and nose. 🧡

Soak them in a bowl of water and ice in the fridge for 1 hour, then dry them really well with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. Spray with a little oil, add salt and spices if you like, and bake at 375°F until cooked through and tender.

Save this for a fun Halloween snack! 🎃 by @alex.nd.co

A cozy, nourishing soup that makes a great meal for babies and the whole family! 🍲 With flu season starting, it’s a comforting bowl to save. Serve it with pastina, orzo, or rice, and add a protein if you like.

I tried the viral chocolate topping trend, and it’s such a fun treat to make! 🍫

Add your favorite toppings, pretzels, nuts, or whatever you love, then bake at 250°F for about 3 minutes, just until the chocolate softens.

Press the toppings in and chill until set. I used dark chocolate, and it’s yummy for kids and grown-ups! by @alex.nd.co
