NEW PARTNERSHIP: @tempoacdmy X FLITE
Georgia-based Tempo Academy makes a statement every time they step on the court or the pitch.

Led by @alex6munoz , this highly competitive futsal program just outside Atlanta brings street soccer creativity and style to the game.

As one of the first futsal programs to join @dripfc and partner with FLITE, Tempo Academy is a perfect example of how custom kits can create an identity that stands out 👀

Some kids need the game given back to them. And some parents owe them an apology.

Not a speech about how much you care. A real apology:
“I’m sorry I shouted instructions at you. I’m sorry my mood changed when you made a mistake. I made the game feel heavier than it needed to. I’ll do better.”

Then show them. Let the missed pass go. Let the car ride home be peaceful. Let them tell you about the game when they’re ready.

They deserve to play without carrying our expectations on every touch. Give them that freedom back. by @alex6munoz

U11 Tophat Milton Gold — International Girls Cup Champions in Texas. 🏆

A 6-game unbeaten run… but this was about much more than results.
This group is special.
The connection, the trust, the way they fight for each other… if you’ve seen these littles play you understand.

The poise, boldness, IQ, & joy to play were all on full display.

To play with freedom and joy doesn’t mean everyone does what they want… it means they understand the game so well that their decisions have purpose, their risks have intention, and their expression serves the team. The future is bright for these kids. Thankful & humbled to be a small part of their process. taken in McKinney, Texas by @alex6munoz

Preseason sweep for the academy ⚽️🏆
Really enjoyed getting to work with every age group U8–U12 these past few weeks. Cool to see the same ideas, the same brave and intelligent fútbol show up across all the teams.

Very rewarding to see the consistency and growth across the whole academy.
Just getting started. ⚽️🧠 by @alex6munoz

Humbled to continue the journey along some very good people.

The U.S. Soccer landscape is full of noise, hype, and half-truths.
Tempo isn’t here for any of that.

This page is about real player development — futsal roots, street football mentality, and building players instead of selling dreams.

Parents deserve honesty, not politics.
Players deserve development, not logos.

I’ll be breaking down pathways, exposing myths, challenging the system, and saying the things most people won’t — because development doesn’t care about comfort.

If you want truth, accountability, and a better way forward, you’re in the right place.

⏱️ Tempo over hype. Development over everything.
