Wholesale deal number 3 of 6 closed since July 1st.

The other 3 were deals where I helped other wholesalers with dispo and sourced the buyer and was able to offer hard money financing.

As I focus more of my time on growing ARV Finance in Northern California, I’m being very selective about the wholesale deals I take on. The deals and partnerships I do pursue need to make sense alongside what I’m building with ARV Finance.

That means working with wholesalers where I can help find buyers, fund those buyers, and build long-term partnerships instead of just moving a one-off deal.

Sorry for spam posting! Catching up on posting some recent wholesale deals I’ve closed. I took the summer off of pretty much all work to enjoy the last couple months we had in San Diego before moving up to the Bay Area.

Since moving, deals have been popping off so here is closed wholesale deal number 2 of 6 since July 1st.

They say, if you want something done, give it to a busy person! I’ve been staying busy between closing wholesale deals and helping investors get their deals funded.

My primary focus right now is launching and growing ARV Finance in Northern California — although I’m still funding deals all over California.

With that being said, I’m much more selective with the wholesale deals I take on these days. Most of the wholesalers I help with dispo are people who are also partnering with me to fund their buyers’ deals.
