Today was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A, and as always, it was such a fun time! 🐄❤️

All you have to do is dress like a cow, say “Moo!”, and you get a free entrée. 🐮🍗

Sunday Funday done right! ☀️✨

This morning, I joined my friend @rubyroman for an early start with the @lovergirlrunclub . We ran 2 miles, then kept the energy going with an awesome workout at @otfriveroaks .💙✨💨

A huge thank you to Coach James for making us sweat and pushing us to finish strong! 💪🔥

After all that hard work, we treated ourselves to some delicious gelato to celebrate @gelatogalorehtx anniversary. 🍨✨ There was glitter everywhere, lots of smiles, and we definitely brought the sparkle this morning.

Nothing beats starting the day with amazing friends, a great workout, and sweet treats. Here’s to more mornings filled with movement, laughter, and shining together! ✨💕

Last night was one for the books! ✨🎭 We went with @lunarosatexas to the @hmns Science Museum’s Masquerade Night, and it was such a beautiful evening filled with laughter, memories, and amazing company.

Life is so much sweeter when you’re surrounded by a group of women: @monyka_9 , @rubyroman , @stephportillo26 , @toxikuin , @teresaaguilar8694 , @yfrunnergirl_houstontx , @marijosecontreras , who genuinely support, uplift, and celebrate one another. There’s no jealousy just strong, confident women who each shine in their own unique way. That’s what true girl power looks like. 💖

Ladies, I’m so grateful for every one of you. We all looked absolutely beautiful, but what made the night even more special was the love, friendship, and positive energy we shared.

I never imagined I’d become a country girl. 🤠 I’m a city girl at heart, but every time I come to Nashville, it feels like home in a different way.

Tennessee is where my husband is from, so it’s always special to come back and make more memories together. I love the music, the people, the energy, and of course, the fun on Broadway! Every visit makes me fall a little more in love with my country side.

Whenever I’m feeling sad, all I need is to grab my purse, drive to the beach, and get lost in the sound of the ocean. 🌊🤍

This is my happy place. The waves, the breeze, and the endless view bring me a peace that nothing else can. It’s where I can breathe, reflect, and find myself again.

I guess my GPS knows me better than anyone—it always leads me straight to the beach. And every single time, I’m reminded why I love this place so much. This view is simply breathtaking, and my heart feels at home here. ✨🪸☀️
