The music is just background noise to the shenanigans we had going on this weekend 🤠 Checking back in after 4 days of no service 🫡 My return to Sound Haven was everything I needed and more. 🫶🏼 Jaceland is home, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to return with @collectivefestivalmgmt and help promote a festival I’ve had the privilege of watching grow so much over the last six years. The vibes in Tennessee are truly unmatched, and my heart is so full leaving today. This festival always heals me. Grateful for the memories, the community, and getting to reconnect with old friends. It reminded me how much I loved this festival and how much I love underground bass music and late night vibes. Truly the most amazing grassroots festival I’ve ever been too. Never can say enough good things about Sound Haven that you almost want to gate keep it but I think everyone should experience it once 💕 I’m already counting down the days til next year by @alexaahopee

Finally meeting my long-lost bestie ❤️🥹 LONG SAPPY CAPTION COMING The world of social media truly can bring some of the best people into your life, and I’ll never stop being grateful for that. Funny story: Lexi and I have known each other for at least 8 years, kept in touch all this time, and somehow never met in person until yesterday. She has been there for me for so many seasons of my life and it’s crazy how you can build these amazing friendships from social media. After years of wanting to visit Arizona, I finally booked the plane ticket this year, and this trip feels like such a full-circle moment for me. I bought it after passing all my licensing exams, starting a new job, and going through the end of a relationship. So many things in my life were changing at once, and I decided it was time to start choosing myself and doing the things I had always wanted to do instead of holding myself back. We sometimes get so caught up in waiting for the right time, the right person, or the right circumstances that we forget we don’t need permission to live the life we want. We don’t have to wait for someone to come with us, for everything to fall into place, or for our lives to look a certain way before we do the things we want to. Book the trip. Make the plans. Take the opportunities. Do the things that scare you a little. You are allowed to do whatever you want. This trip is a reminder that some of the best things in life happen when you finally stop talking yourself out of them. I spent years saying I wanted to come to Arizona, and now I’m here, making memories with someone who has been part of my life for almost a decade. I love you so much. There is so much waiting for you when you start saying yes to yourself. ❤️✨ by @alexaahopee
